Yes, you are required to complete your 'Exhibitor Listing' form (for your online Exhibitor listing & listing in the showguide) as well as the compulsory 'Exhibitor Stand' form for permission to build. These can both be found on your Exhibitor portal.
You can either update your Exhibitor listing via your Exhibitor portal, or reach out to our Marketing Team (right side of this page) – please note that although the online listing can be updated right up until the show, our printed onsite guide is subject to deadlines.
All contracts are for bare floorspace only: no flooring or walling is included. You must order a stand package from the official contractor Lüco or build your own custom stand. Hard walls and flooring are compulsory for all booked exhibition space (except for the Startup Pavilion Zone which comes with a prepaid stand and furniture package).

All orders for contractor services and equipment can be done via the online Exhibitor Portal, under the Resource Center section. Please email [email protected] to request your company’s unique link to your online Exhibitor portal if you don't have it.
You are able to register for your Exhibitor badge via your online Exhibitor portal. Exhibitor badges are free-of-charge, and there is no limit to how many staff you can register for your booth. No, badges are not required to be worn during move-in or move-out.
Yes, there is a contractor zip file available on your online Exhibitor Portal, otherwise you can send them the link to your online Exhibitor portal directly. Please email [email protected] to request your company’s unique link to your online Exhibitor portal if you don't have it.
